PavingOS

A version of MarketingOS shaped specifically for paving contractors. Built from what I've learned running Paving Marketers since 2020.

Most contractor software is built for office staff. PavingOS is built for the owner who's on a job site at 7am and answering missed calls at 9pm.

Why PavingOS exists.

What PavingOS replaced, and what it does for me now. The internal dashboards stay private, so this is the public version of it.

Paving owner operating loop

02

Estimate request and follow-up

03

Commercial pipeline visibility

04

Booked work and owner dashboard

The PavingOS proof should stay tied to the real PVM business while keeping client-level data private.
What it proves

PVM is where the paving-specific software has to prove itself, not just an agency case study.

Problem

Paving owners need estimate follow-up, commercial pipeline visibility, job economics, and local search clarity more than generic marketing reports.

1

Why it exists

Paving owners need a few specific things: leads they can trust, fast estimate follow-up, commercial pipeline visibility, and a clear picture of which jobs make money. A generic agency dashboard does not show that.

2

What it changes

Same MarketingOS engine, screens organized around the decisions a paving owner makes weekly. Less 'campaign performance,' more 'which estimates are still open, which jobs got booked, where the next commercial bid is coming from.'

  • Estimate follow-up loop with AI-drafted next steps
  • Commercial vs residential pipeline split
  • Local search visibility and reputation tracking
  • Owner dashboard that reads like a P&L, not a report
