What it does
Reads from QuickBooks, the CRM, and a few other sources. Shows the things an owner actually decides on: revenue by client, margin by service, payroll vs cashflow, and which accounts are at risk before the renewal call.

Why it matters
Most agency-failure stories I know are timing failures, not strategy failures. Running by gut works until it doesn't. The dashboard exists so timing is visible.
