HG Outbound
AI voice agents that call real prospect lists for the agencies. They qualify, answer questions from a knowledge base, book onto a calendar, and sync every call to the CRM. Revamped and relaunched June 2026: two-pass AI transcript review on every call, per-call compliance controls, and a human approving every consequential action.
Why HG Outbound exists.
What HG Outbound replaced, and what it does for me now. The internal dashboards stay private, so this is the public version of it.

Calls as reviewed operations, not a bot let loose
Prospect list and day plan
AI voice agent calls and qualifies
Two-pass transcript review and compliance checks
Human-approved follow-up, reports, bookings
Outbound calling runs as monitored infrastructure: dials, review, fulfillment, and follow-up in one loop.
Phone rooms are expensive and inconsistent; unreviewed AI callers are worse. The hard part is the review and approval layer, not the dialing.
What it does
A day plan picks who to call. AI voice agents make the calls: qualify the prospect, answer questions from a knowledge base about the business, offer a custom market report, and book interested owners straight onto a calendar. Every call syncs back to the CRM with a transcript.
What changed in the June 2026 relaunch
The dialing was never the hard part. The relaunch rebuilt the layer around it. A two-pass AI classifier reads every transcript and recommends the next action. Compliance rules run per call. Suppression retires dead and refusing numbers automatically. A person approves anything consequential before it happens. The system fills the calendar; a human still closes.
